The picks here range across the spectrum and across the bloom calendar, so you can build a pink-led bed that holds color from April through October across most of zones 4-9.
How we chose
Three criteria: holds its color (some pinks fade to white in heat), blooms reliably for the home gardener, and earns the space through more than just the flower. Every plant on this list has held in my zone 7b plot for at least two seasons.

Zones 3-8, full sun, late spring, 3-4 ft. The classic pale-pink peony — 50-year lifespan once established.
2. Coneflower 'PowWow Wild Berry' (magenta)
Zones 3-9, full sun, summer-fall, 2 ft. Saturated magenta-pink, doesn't fade. Native, drought-tolerant.
3. Foxglove 'Pink Champagne'
Zones 3-9, part shade, early summer, 3-5 ft. Spires of pink bells. Biennial; let one or two go to seed for a self-sowing colony. Toxic — keep from pets.
4. Hydrangea macrophylla (acidic soil)
Zones 5-9, part shade, summer, 3-6 ft. Pink in acidic soil (lower pH = blue). Hortensia 'Endless Summer' rebloomers worth the investment.
5. Dianthus 'Firewitch'
Zones 3-9, full sun, late spring-summer, 4-6 in. Hot pink fringed flowers above blue-gray mat foliage. The reliable front-of-border pink.
6. Salvia 'Wendy's Wish'
Zones 8-11 (annual elsewhere), full sun, summer-fall, 3-4 ft. Magenta tubular flowers, hummingbird magnet.
