What zone do you write for?

Our default voice writes for USDA zones 5–8 (the temperate-North-American cottage band), but every plant article carries zone-specific notes for zones 1–13.

Are your recommendations field-tested?

Yes — when an article says "we tested this," an editor or contributor grew, built, or used the thing. When we cite published sources, we say so explicitly.

Do you use affiliate links?

Yes — disclosed on every page that contains them. Click-through pricing is not affected for you.

How often is content updated?

Articles update when zone-specific or seasonal data changes. The date on every page is the last edit, not the first publish.

How do I submit a correction?

Email [email protected]. We log, correct, and note the change in the article meta.
